The Noble Park Community Centre Art Show is open to entrants aged three years and older.
Categories are classified as;
OPEN – Artists 18 years of age and older are invited to enter.
JUNIOR – The Junior category is broken down into 2 categories. Secondary prizes are awarded to entrants age 12-17 and the primary prizes are award to entrants aged 3-11.
Artwork that has previously won a prize in the NPCC Art Show is ineligible for entry. Previously exhibited work is welcome.
All 2D mediums are accepted. Mediums include but are not limited to;
Acrylic, oil, mixed, gouache, ink, pencil, charcoal, aerosol, watercolour, pastel, photograph, chalk, collage
NO 3D work will be accepted.
Maximum size of work(s) including framing must not to exceed total 1.5 square metres.
The NPCC Art Show will accept a maximum of 4 entries per artist.
All entry fees must be paid prior to intake. Entry is free for junior artists and $8 full fee or $5 concession per artwork for open artists. Entry fees can be paid the following ways;

As sales will be accepted during the exhibition please clearly indicate on the entry form if work is NOT for sale. No commission will be charged on sales.
Artists are responsible for the delivery and collection of their work(s) and whilst the Noble Park Community Centre will take due care, no responsibilities will be accepted for loss or damage.
Artworks are to be delivered to the Noble Park Community Centre, on Tuesday 15th October 2024 between 2:00PM and 7:00PM. Artwork will not be accepted prior to or after this time.
All ‘OPEN’ entries must be fitted with picture wire firmly attached ready for hanging. The organiser’s reserve the right not to hang unsuitable works. If it cannot be hung it will NOT BE ACCEPTED into the exhibition. ‘JUNIOR’ entries may be framed using mat board, picture wire and framing tape. Please visit website for details.
Each entry must have the artist’s name, contact number, title of exhibit and sale price attached to the back of the work. If not labelled it will not be accepted.
Artists are to collect work at the conclusion of the exhibition at the Noble Park Community Centre on Sunday 20 October between 4:30pm and 6:00pm. Artwork cannot be removed prior to or after this time.
Artwork(s) not collected within 7 days of the conclusion of the exhibition will be disposed of at the organiser’s discretion.
All information provided will be kept private and confidential and details will only be used to contact you.
Each entrant will automatically be put on the Art Show database. Please indicate on entry form if you would not like to receive promotional material by email.
The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All of the pieces that you will be submitting are images of original artwork created by yourself.
NPCC Art Show reserves right to disqualify any entrants or entries it is reasonable to suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, including infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights, or breach of the competition terms and conditions.
